November’s Meeting Presentation – “Sierra Small Stream Fishing”

November’s Meeting Presentation
“Sierra Small Stream Fishing”

November 8, 2017 / Wednesday
Presentation by CVFF Club President, Scott Olson

Scott’s slide presentation will focus on several of his favorite small streams including Rock Creek in Little Lakes Valley and King Creek in the John Muir Wilderness among others.

He will also cover many of your old favorite waterways like the San Joaquin River and the Owens River (both of which are technically “small streams”) with a few surprises thrown in.

Don’t miss what promises to be an wonderful evening of fishing

About November’s speaker and Conejo Valley Fly Fisher’s Club President:
Scott Olson has been fishing in the Sierra since he was eight years old and has literally fished it from north to south.  His passion has always been the small streams of the backcountry where you rarely run into other people and the fish are eager.
